ive just replace the Fallout_default.ini then use the gfw live disabler to enable gfw then were good to go!! i can give u a the fix if u like ill upload it thru mediafire..

i got it working...

when i run this game i started with a new game and then ur character is born then ask what the gender after i chose what gender then the father doesnt move anymore or ask my characters name..how to fix dis??
