Source files can be found on 1337x, cs.rin, among other places. 13GB -> 1GB is good compress-ability. The game was released buggy and got tons of fixes since v2.28.

It's likely that there is a mistake in the version number here. I haven't checked the repack myself, but the latest version of this game on steam is 1.6.353.
