my win32 folder cotains following files ,anyfile missing ? if so please upload win32 folder

I am using ati hd4650.I didn't face this problem for any other physx titles.I am using default windows 8 driver ,also tried amd 12.6 legacydrivers.did this game require any particular physx rutime ?

My guess would be that other titles would have " bDisablePhysXHardwareSupport=True " in the Base ...

Problem Solved

ConfigTool.exe will not work in windows 8 at any compactability mode.i tried every possible way.
the amizing spiderman configuration tool also not work in windows 8.I think both these games use .net 3.0 and which is not implemented correctly in windows 8

can u please upload settings for screen resolution 1366x768
i thought the game will work full screen in 1280x720 like other games but this is very different game
