this is a Masquerade repack so outside of offereing basic advise theres not alot i can do, we do things differently and dont even use the same installer.
hopfully he notices your post and can shed some light on the issue.

could be a ram issue, try the low resource mode on the installer or try install the game in safe mode.


Still won't install same error, tried on low resource mode and tried to install in safe mode - game launcher won't even launch in safe mode, even used the rapidCRC verifier on safe mode ...

If you encounter an installation error like me do this:
‎ ‎ Right-click Setup.exe > properties > compatibility tab > check run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows 8 > click OK
Run the setup again and it will install to 100%
