actually i just checked both packs the lossy and the lossless and the audio is exacally the same, i can only asume that the file layout is suposed to be that way, its been posted a hell of along time now and nobody else has mentioned it.
if your 100% certain it is an error i would just grab another ...

Seems like a nice small game

The installation completes sooner because you need enough space on HDD to complete the unpacking.
Most of the games will take (depending on the size ofc) about 15 - 20 gb temp space while unpacking / installing.
So make sure you have enough space before complaining.
