These issues have already been resolved previously in the site forums. Sometimes browsing some previous posts help. For adfly, just add the prefix "https" in place of "http" in the url. Or else, you can also replace "adf.ly" with "ay.gy" for now in the url.

We generally rebuild the textures to save space if possible. If not, then we just it as it is an it is written "Untouched" in those cases. Untouched = Lossless. Rebuild = saving space but really lossy because it is not always noticeable.

Nope. It is not possible to rip it in small size. The small rips hanging around have very low quality graphics. So, it is not possible now until there are some tools available in the future for them files.

Did you read the comment above? Its clearly written that Crysis 3 wasn't worth ripping. Check out this post before requesting a rip.

If its already installed then DirectX setup detects it automatically and doesnt install it and regarding the VCRedist setup, it just takes around 2-3 seconds in my computer. So, I dont think its worth it.

All you have to do is create an offline account also known as a local profile. The buttons are generally small. Just look out for it. It has to be there somewhere. Creating a live online account won't help.
