I extracted all the files manually. (Folder has .pak files, unpack.dll and unpack.bat). Copied the fix into that folder and the unpack.bat got replaced also envs folder was added.
How ever when I run unpack.bat as administrator I get the following error.(Also tried copying the install.exe and ...
