This game just won't play. No solution at all.

Did you try updating all your drivers like gfx card and windows updates?
Whats the total size of your games folder btw?
Also do you meet the requirements?
1.)The gfx card drivers are up to date
2.)Minimun requirements are available

Shadow warriors exe is just on a blank screen with a mouse ...

im not sure how much this game requires but 40gb should be enouth
and temp space is required for unpacking big archives they get deleted as it goes thru em so only the main archives are left behind for game files
so delete any files you dont need to free up space on your hdd and try install again ...
