I did some reading and this was not caused by any missing files. Apparently it is due to some setting.

To solve this problem (via Steam);
Apps --> Settings --> Display & Sound --> Have your Digital Audio set to HDMI Audio as Stereo uncompressed and Optical audio set to Stereo uncompressed ...

So I just installed Ryse Son Of Rome, everything works (I guess?) the audio for dialog (Cutscenes and sound effects work) doesn't seem to work. Can you upload the files so I can just download rather than redownload 13gb+ new repack files.
