fix for the saboteur graphics

recently i've installed the saboteur game and in game whenever car runs fast than after some time the graphic of city becomes black and car stops for some time and game takes loading than the graphic becomes normal and game runs but after some time again the same problem occurs
please admin i need help....

this game is so old now there was no issues with it back when i played it there could be somthing on your pc running in background while u playing thats slowing down ya system

for some speed up tweak i've used razer game booster to close unnecessary processes but that doesn't work can u please tell me what kind of process is slowing down the game

its hard to say without checking out your system but it might not even be a process slowing it down
but it does sound like the gfx cant keep up so its stuck on loading gfx when moving fast in a car
it could be a slow hdd or a slow gfx card but since this is a old game it should be fine on older cards i played it back in the day on a nvidia 8400 gtx

u will need to run videosetup.exe in the game folder.
turn down (or turn off) some of the graphics settings.

i ran it on a Amd hd5450 card .
it ran ok ,but i had to lower the settings to enjoy it.

and remember to install the one and only patch(1.0.3) that was released to fix some problems with ati/amd cards.

i think i mentioned it in the kaoskrew saboteur game thread.

P.S...If u alt-tab out of the game and try to go back with out restarting the game, u will get a lot textures errors the same as u mentioned.

u need to restart the game from scratch.

Sadly the game company went out of business after the game was released and we never got anymore update patches.
