This silent hill halflife 2 mod for has just been released.

Though u need steam account with "Source SDK Base 2013 Singleplayer" installed which is free.(sdk is approx. 5gb)

A no steam repack is out there ,approx 2.49gb.(No-Steam.RePack.2.49 GB.R.G.Freedom.ENG-RUS)
probably other repacks will turn up soon.
If u liked the old silent game ,you might enjoy it.
