that release has been posted for a number of years here and public with 0 complaints, if it refuses to install it is down to your system.
try the usual trouble shooting solutions like maybe installing in safemode.

edit:
from the image you posted you have 23 browser windows open and your ram is at 90%, your complaining it wont install??
