The game doesn't run by launcher.exe or witcher.exe

My System
AMD FX 6300 CPU
16 GB RAM
Windows 10
Samsung 860 EVO SSD
NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti OC
Config- W1022h2 + i5-12400F + 2x16 GB DDR4 3200 MHz RAM + GTX 1660S + Samsung 980 NVME
