I would like to ask how can I start my journey in this field and what should I learn. (like a roadmap)

i guess the term your after would be repacking. were not here to teach people, just to share what we do.

Take the time to look over this post that has more detailed information regarding repacking games.
there are forums and other resources online you can look for that have other information, good luck on your journey.
