After checking the reviews on steam im thinking king may skip the hd textures, looks like a mess and many users complain about performance decrease with no visible increase in graphics fidelity.

yes stoled is right, i was usure what to do after reading some reviews on it, the files are huge and would take along time to compress, aparently the only mentionable difference is a huge decline in framerate.
if it is something you really want i will find time to do it when msq is back to take up the slack.

how do i access the creative content?

I think king may have been excited when packaging this as the steam emulator generated dlc text file mentions the creation club, you can see this in the steam settings folder in the DLC.txt file

The creative content is like a marketplace you have to have a bethesda account to access as far as I'm aware. I'm sure there is a way to get the actual content files and add them to an offline version of the game but I dont believe any of the content is actually included here.

not sure what i did here but the nfo is correct in the rar files. however the one above and the one in the torrent is incorrect.
so at some point i must have noticed and changed it, just not everywere.
i changed it to the one in rars anyway.

The installer stops with some error but can't see as its a dark background and dark writing so need redoing so going get copy of game that actually installs then do textures..
