issue with Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two Installer

I have tried multiple things that were suggested in other posts like
- Cleaned temp folder
- Tried to install in safe mode
- Ran as admin/not
- installed vcredist 2015-2022
- disabled anti-virus
and yet I still get the "ISDone.dll - Installation Error! File could not be extracted (-12)"
so, I would like to know if I'm doing something wrong here
I'm on an amd 3015e with 4gb of ran

4gb of ram is the issue i would think.
could try turning up your virtual ram by alot, but dunno if it will help, if it does install it be very slow

never mind i figured it out and am testing it right now
