No, it doesn't open at all. I was trying to use Cheat Engine for more money, but the game resets it right back to what you have instantly. I saw a video on Youtube about something called BattlEye and to turn it off in order to use Cheat Engine. I see a file for BattlEye, but it doesn't open at all. If it's not included in this pack, that's cool. I was just asking to see if it was possible.
Can I play GTA Online? When I start the game, in the section for choosing the game mode, I get the message "You are logged out of Rockstar Games, you will be unable to access GTA Online until you log back in.", Thank you very much and sorry for the inconvenience.

you cant play cracked games online in almost every case.
however there are workarounds like the online-fixme bullshit but we dont support or deal with anything like that.
