Anno 1800 game launch error

I recently installed Anno.1800.Digital.Deluxe.Edition.REPACK-KaOs.
I unpacked the game data and installed using the installer in folder, game installed fine without any error, but the game lauch failed due to error
"unable to detect uplay installation"

Should I install the uplay from the official site or is there a work around which i need to follow.
In instructions nothing is mentioned in this matter.

The game crack was deleted by your security, try adding an exclusion and re-add the crack from the backup in the crack folder

crack is indeed deleted, i added exclusion in windows security and downloading again.
