That is happening a lot lately on the multi links.
The same is happening in Last Epoch with the extras file and the 2nd part file of Stellaris.

You can use the OneDrive or Google links to get those, t'ill it's fixed and there is a "broken links" section too.

these are failed not broken, you only need to comment to let us know, we deal with that many links we cant check them all, so if you dont tell us we cant fix it.
