Borderlands 2 A Lot Of DLL Errors

hey guyz i downloaded borderlands 2 update 1.4 with all dlc KAOS installed it but its not working. i m on win 7 32 bit also tried to add win 8 fix but no use. i downloaded all the dlls and pasted them to the game directory now a new error comes. it says "Failed to find default engine.ini file to retrieve my documents subdirectory to use. Force quitting."

ok first, install steam. and update or install directX
