An error ocurred while unpacking unable to read data. Unarc.dll returned an error code -6.
File seek operation failed.

I cant unpack Fallout 4 using KaosKrew repack at all.

such errors are normally caused by security or lack of system resources, unfortunately if i remember rightly the old installer used for that repack doesnt have a low resource mode.
