Hello. I'd like to know what these Opt-VIDS_Lossless and Opt-VIDS_Lossy files are?

Do I need to install both of these files?

You only need one if you actually want the optional vids, one of them has better quality then the other, although the difference is barely noticeable unless you're very "picky".
So you get smaller file.

But all together you don't need any of the OPT files, they are optional and the game works without them.

its self-explanatory dude, download the lossy one for (recoded videos saves alot of bandwidth) or the lossless ones for untouched video
if you include both they will both be installed but the lossy will be overwrote by the lossless
i would like to note that they have been recoded with the correct bk2 sdk so there quality is presentable. (not renamed bik files)
i would recommend downloading at least one as the game was not tested without videos all though it may still be playable.
