I didn't try the installer, just unpacking the bonus and voiceover archives (using a 25.x something 7zip derivative). But if I'm the only one reporting an issue, maybe the problem is me/my computer.
System has 32GB of memory, 16 cores, no browser nor game running, but as I'm not installing it doesn't matter.

I think that your problem is with decompressing.
Use WINRAR, not anything else.

if he is unable to even extract an an archive i think he is probably better off avoiding piracy and buying his games lol

Some people use 7zip to decompress RAR, and it still works for older versions, but hardly for RAR4 or RAR5, that seems to be the problem taking into account his specs.
I remember when I was a newb and google was barely an option, I had to learn everything the hard way. I don't mind helping others.

OK, removed harsh words because people were so quick to sneer without putting much thought.

I'm well aware of the dictionary size of newer RAR, have properly allowed 7zip to use that much memory, and I'm aware the tools used in the repack (xtool/lolz/srep) can take a very large amount of memory. But from actually running these tools myself, I'm well aware I don't have any issue with them.

I can tell you now the game installed fine, and seems to play fine so far, but the artwork and voices archives are definitely corrupt here. I can list the content fine (these are separate records in the archive formats), but testing these archives fails. I'm not going to bother more determining when the desync occurs.
