GTA V "could not find rune64.dll" when opening

when i try to open gta v i get a message saying "could not find RUNE64.dll" even though I do have that file. I am new to piracy and do not know what to do. I am hoping somebody can help.

its a security issue, rune64.dll is been locked or deleted

Tried everything, reinstalled Visual-C-Runtimes-All-in-One-Jun-2026, re-downloaded it from 2 different upload sites posted.
ALL other games unpack with no problem.
Thanks again for all your great work!!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

looks like a possible ram issue, did you try the limited resource mode button on the installer?
