i start sonic and allstar racing transformed, then im told that "steam is running in offline mode and save features will not be available" i cant save , nothing pls help

Try running the game as administrator and disable your antivirus it might work

I had the same problem. I got it working by deleting the save games and start the game again. And disconnect the network connection on the first start up.

I had the same problem but it's okay now.. It's because the steam_api.dll file gets deleted by some antivirus programs.. Make sure you have that file in your game folder.. If not try disabling your antivirus and reinstall it again.. It worked for me..
