Hello Kaos People, what's up? So, i downloaded Fallout New Vegas from here because its the BEST site of all! Small size, good quality, THE BEST! So when it installed, i tried to run the game but a restangle
appeared with a guy holding a gun and on the right side there were some buttons. Install, Options, Data Files, Tech Support and Exit. I figured out that in the Extras folder there was a registry file. I pressed it but it said: Error Accesing Registry. Now the part i didn't tell you: I'm not an Administrator! My Dad has the password and he is gone for business travel. But he ain't give me the password even if he was here so... That's why i download games for KaosKrew and Nosteam.ro, because they don't require permissions to install!
So is there or can you guys make a fix for this problem? I spent hours installing the game and i don't want these hours to go lost for nothing!
Also, if you know a way i can hack the Admin password or Registry so i can access it, please tell me!

there is ways of setting the password to blank but i dont think u be getting any help with that on this forum
just ask your dad to do it when he returns or if u realy wanna try reset the password then try google it but your dad will find out quite easy
iv never tryed setting the password on vistawin7 or win8 but im sure it is possable if u looked for it
its normaly a bootable cd that gains access to the sam file in windows and sets it to blank (no password)
good luck in finding a solution

try running the games exe rather than the launcher, it might start without the use of the launcher

I've already tried that. The normal exe is like the launcher renamed. No difference at all. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE FIND A PASSWORD CRACKER FOR THE ADMINISTRATOR? Im SO pissed off i had to spend 2 hours and 20 minutes downloading Fallout 3 and New Vegas! They didn't even work! I mean they work but not for me. Why, but WHY a password?
