Total war shogun 2 stuck a loading

i have installed the game and when i want to play it in the custom battle and it stuck at the loading screen i waited for 30 minutes and nothing happen.. is it because i installed it wrong? the final size for the game take when i finish install is 20.4 GB is this the right amount of size when the game finish installed or there are another fix?

Pls share ur fix or solution if you had the same problem as me.. :D
