The truth is i not sure .
I thought it was a new version of a great little program i used to have ,where u can choose any released EA game and it will write the correct reg entry for that game.
I'll do a bit of investigating and get back to u.
I think it just changes the reg to reflect china location,so i have deleted it as it's of no use.
