State of Decay is a new game released soon (few months with any luck) on steam.(consoles first)
Some peeps are saying it's looking like a good game.
PC version will be released 2013 on steam with sandbox mode.

Early Access version hits Steam on Friday, September 20th
uh oh! early access version released is only 1.7gb.(so not a big AAA title)
Though might still be ok.

The game has been released on Steam as an Early Access game. The game looks cool but the early access only supports Xbox 360 controller or any compatible controller. Lets wait for the final version so we can play with our keyboards

yeh,it's supposed to be an openworld zombie game,it's CryEngine 3
No key+mouse is not great,so prob. best to wait ,i agree.
Though 3DM released update 1 ,haven't seen change log
some peeps are saying it's good game to play ,but obviously buggy coz of early access.

someone made a program to change the keys (cs.rin post)
As of 2nd nov. ,it's had update 8 -FTS released for it and the keyconfig program by smashly has been updated as well.
It's nearly ready for a full official releases.
