Game keeps stopping near the first loadup asking for steam to be running. It says QUIT and restart game after you're have Steam running.
This happens before and after reloaded update v1.1

It seems to me the RLD crack deleted by your AV (the crack is steam_api.dll), add that file to exception & you're good to go
