if nobody has taken it on, nobody wants to do it for whatever reason.
personally i just hate foreign ports so try to avoid em, msq sometimes does em but he usually doesnt take requests.

Oh well. Somehow was thinking older games are easier to repack but that would explain why it's so scarce in the repack space.
