I have the same problem, try to climb down the pipe then up, until cut scene appear. Every time time you got stuck do the same way.
i don't know whats wrong I always have problem with transition from game to cut scene, and now i stuck with no cutscene in lift when we have to rescue " bad request".

ps : sorry for my bad english

installing the update seems to have fixed the issue for most people.
the update is labled Remember Me v1 0 1-FLTDOX just to help you find it or until somebody uploads it.
