Hi does anyone have any tips on how to solve the infinite loading screen bug in chapter seven? When Emily and I are in the mines at the beginning and she falls deeper, she takes out her phone and lights it up, after a little walk the screaming of the Wendigo can be heard, when we go forward, there is a black screen and then it comes out, there is an infinite loading screen bug. I tried it with Dx11 and Dx12 for both of them, please help.
