What is Opt-MD5Audio ? it is addons audio? can anybody explain to me? also left 4 dead 2 have this included in the repack.

its a lossless audio archive, the standard one is encoded like an mp3 and decoded back to wav so is not lossless

But this archive no need to install. I compare the audio files and when install the repack all audio are already in wav format, not in mp3. It's that correct?

md5 audio is only required if you want the audio md5 perfect. skip the file if you wish, the game will run as normal.
