Sims 4 Initialisation Error at startup

Hey,
I downloaded the Sims 4 RePack from here like a week or two ago. i ran the installer and everything, but when i start the TS4 launcher it will load for a minute and then show me an error message. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the issue persists
