Something is wrong with the game due to maybe registry or old save files. Game gets stuck in the intro.
The game showed no issue when I added the game to my GOG Galaxy Locate Files option.
The intro stuck was fixed. So I believe the issue may be Registry.

thats weird, i never had it installed on this machine before as its an old repack, got in to game just fine, i did skip the intro though by holding a key as it is rather long.

If so then the issue may be due to different version of existing saves.
