First of all, a huge shoutout to all the Repacks you guys have been doing. I find many of them to be small than other Repackers, which is the whole point - SAVE SPACE !!

I have been downloading repacks done by KaOs Krew from long time now and have few suggestions:
  • An Upcoming Repacks section would be nice to have !!
  • A section for Repacks getting updates, with some way to differentiate - weekly/monthly and possibly with what changed short summary
  • It would be nice to have more information on NFOs such as the list of DLCs included. Helps when there are lot of options available and want to choose the best possible repack with smallest size
  • Also, it would help if we can have info on equivalent build/version of other release like Steam vs GOG. Although many repacks have that, some still miss this information on NFOs
Again, these are simply some suggestions, I understand people are busy !!

we actually had this implemented in a way, staff would post what they intended to work on to prevent us from working on the same game, it quickly cluttered the chat so was moved to the staff channel.
some games can not be repacked right away or deemed not worth the ratio so having the list in private actually worked out better as not to get people hopes up haha.
  • A section for Repacks getting updates, with some way to differentiate - weekly/monthly and possibly with what changed short summary
they all get listed in the index and show as new posts, its up to the user to notice or look for them.

we had a talk about this a wile back, it was decided the nfo was cluttered enough. most users (debatable) have common sense anyway and know when a release is posted it comes with everything anyway.
some of the repackers still like to list them outside the nfo but that is there decision
  • Also, it would help if we can have info on equivalent build/version of other release like Steam vs GOG. Although many repacks have that, some still miss this information on NFOs
as you said We already include this information when possible.

some suggestions we could maybe revisit.

Thank you for responding so soon, shows the love and effort going on the website !!
  • For the upcoming repack section, you can probably consider having a read only section with no option for posting. You know, Information only section :D
  • Regarding the NFO listing out DLCs, the reason I mentioned that is because some times, an early version repack is done for a game and then, subsequent updates are not done, mostly because its not worth it or that time was not available for it. In that case, when a user comes looking for a repack after a while, it sometimes gets confusing as to what is included as most of the other places would have been updated. Not that its not possible to figure out with some digging, but it sure would save time if we have them mentioned.
Again, you guys are doing fantastic work, these are just some thoughts that came as I like to keep a backup of all my repacks over the years. Every now and then I will look for updates to the ones I have and it gets challenging at times, especially if the game is old enough.
