A game i can't remember it's name

hey guys when i was a kid i used to play a flight game ...but i don't remember the name .. all i can remember is that at the end of each level there's a boss and you can only go forward but you can move left / right /up / down to avoid missiles and fire ... it's kind of old 3d graphics ... you can choose your plane and they are in a menu that looks like a circle and the plane you choose comes to the front .. it's a modern flights game such as F-16 .. MIG-29.. etc .. hope you help because i searched a lot ...

Though snesorama is not as good as it used to be(it was shutdown for a while,(got the willys after megaupload went down!) but people on the forums might know
