Man, Ubitoss are such d*cks about their reg info - Anyway, try this...
Open Notepad and copy/paste all the blue text from the quote and do a "Save As".
Name it whatever you want but change the ".txt" bit to ".reg" and save it somewhere
easily found... Now, double click your new .reg file and try to start the game once
more using "SettingsApplication.exe".
Note: If you're running a 32-Bit OS then we need to change some lines, or it wont work.
The reg info is taken from my Windows 7 (64-Bit) installation - I just edited the line
"InstallLocation" to match with the info from you image.
Note2: If you're not sure about these reg things and/or perhaps are extra careful,
as I am - Then create a restore point in your system properties before you start
messing about... Basically, it just makes it much easier if something goes wrong.
Anyway, let me know if it worked.
