I have downloaded all the parts n the updates but still it is asking for the Pd2UFIXK.part3.. where it is?? plz help also the game won't open..

I'm not really sure what's going on but the main Payday 2 page seem to be missing part3 and 4.
Anyway, check these links: (obviously in your case, you should only get the part3 and 4 links.)
