The new postal 2 expansion 
There is a release out there, FILESIZE:4232MB .
This would be better as a small download to try.
Maybe it's improved on the original game.
Depending on how the game files are ,maybe a full release with the orig. game.
Or maybe just the new dlc only .
Or maybe it bad and not worth doing
