COD BO 3 - 22% Installing Stuck Error

Hi everyone, first of all sorry for my English.
I can't install the KaOs repack, downloaded and extracted correctly because the installer got stucked every time in 22%.
I looked the files and creates about 12 GB of BO3 data, but, after 22% installer still but don't create any files.
I need your help. Sorry if im blind and you got this error in another post
