Cant get skyrim to install correctly

MSVCP140.Dll is missing and VCRUNTiME140.dll is missing how do i fix this.
its a redist issue, if you read the information the game comes with you would know to check the games extras folder as we do not force install them anymore for you. run everything in the extras folder and you should be good to go.
its in the folder you installed the game to labled extras.
