I have 23gb space in my drive but it says this messege during black screen installation:
windows cannot find "encode.bat" make sure you have typed the name correctly and then try again

Please Give me the Solution

try installing to the install.exe default folder. our old decompression method was quite fussy about were the game was installed to especially when the folder has brackets or is to long.
if you find you do not have enough space on c you can always change just the drive letter what will not effect anything.
