hello i download The.Testament.Of.Sherlock.Holmes-KaOs+update 1.0.0.2 and install without problem

but when game started , game has no voice and sound,

and demo is good but when enter gameplay , scene is dark and just show movement keys or items,

what is problem? all drivers is update.

and what is acpc serial number?

if you have already tried installing with your av turned off i have no idea sorry.

Hamid3pnn you could try complete uninstall then re-install. What spec is your graphics card etc?

I just installed and it worked flawless

Also try playing around with the settings in Options before starting the game, long shot but worth a try
Even though you say your AV has not removed any files, it does sound as though they may not have installed correctly.
