new super mario bros u deluxe installer not running

the window pops up to ask permission to run the installer but when i click on run nothing happens
the window just dont proceeds any further
I just KEEP CLICKING ON RUN but it is not working

worked fine here but had to use the optional emulator.

Unblock the setup.exe in setup.exe properties.
