RWBY Arrowfell- Cannot change the language

Dear admin, I just download and install the RWBY.Arrowfell.MULTi6.REPACK-KaOs.
But the text in the game is not normal, all begin with "Simplified Chinese". Besides, the languages in setting is unchangeable.
Maybe it's my problem, please help me to check, thank you .
