i just got the Ultimate edition through a torrent and the dlc unlocker both by kaos, but i don't know howto get the dlc to work. please help

you can try by running the dlc unlocker?

i did but it's not working

could you elaborate? its been a very long time since i used it.

so i got the unlocker and all it says is to press patch and it's done. it doesn't have a thing to put file location in and says it's finished but it doesn't work

it could be getting blocked by security, or you could maybe try running it as admin.

i checked but no and running as admin didn't work. it's fine i got another version that's working though thanks for helping

no worries, might be worth me redoing it to include everything, so the unlocker is not required.

To enable DLC
>Run the game once
>Close the game then extract "addins.rar" to
"C:\Users\YourUserName\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\Settings"
(This may change on WinXP I'm unsure)

hey there I'm having the exact same issue right now and wanted to know what did to fix the dlc problem?

i think people just downloaded the newer version we put out.
