Update_v1.09.0-CS on RIN works if you follow the instructions provided with it.

doesn't work for me too. it says :There was an error Of unpacking in the module lSxDeltaExtract!

as long as your trying to patch the correct version and receive no errors on the files check, try win8 mode or freeing up more space, what the patcher estimates is basically a guess.
