Dragon Age: Origins DLC and promotional content not working

I really appreciate you guys recently uploading your release for the latest version of Dragon Age: Origins ultimate edition. However, I just wanted to let you know that the DLCs including Awakening and the promotional content offers are not working out of the box. When I select "installed content" in the main menu, nothing shows up. Also, when I click "new game", I don't get the option to start a game in Awakening which I think means the game isn't recognizing Awakening.

I saw that someone else had this same problem and mentioned it for your latest release a few months ago. I also noticed that there does seem to be a good bit of DLC + promo content in the DAO game folder, but not in the documents Dragon Age folder which is where I believe it needs to be in some form (it might need to be as .dazips I think).

If you guys could give me some instructions for how to get Awakening, the other DLCs and the promotional offer content working, that would be very much appreciated.

I already mentioned this on TorrentGalaxy, but I thought this might be a better place to get some guidance. Thanks so much.

the previous person who failed to get the dlc working had downloaded an old version. the version you have includes the extra files needed.
i just installed it to double check and it does indeed have the data located at Users\userprofile\Documents\Bioware
i can only assume that your security blocked the files from been copied over, or your actually using the older version.

and to avoid getting older versions available on torrent sites your best off using our game index as its frequently updated.

Thanks for the fix and your quick response. Yeah after thinking back, I believe I may have DLed an older version from tpb (the non multi7 version uploaded on 2021-07-31) which is probably what was causing the problem.
